Terms of Service

These Terms of Service also constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the YoungerMe app.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using YoungerMe (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use YoungerMe. You confirm that any photo you upload depicts you, or a person who has explicitly consented to your use of their likeness.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at 206afb+youngerme@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone without their consent.
- Upload photos of minors, intimate or explicit imagery, or content that violates any third party's rights.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation, or to bypass quotas, rate limits, or authentication.
- Use the Service to generate disinformation, fraudulent identification, or media falsely attributed to a real person in a misleading context.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and of the transformations generated from them. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit those images solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The Pro plan is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
Free-tier accounts are limited to a small number of transformations. Quotas may change with notice.
7. AI-generated output
Transformations are produced by a third-party AI processing provider. Output is approximate, may contain artifacts, and may differ from your expectations. You should not rely on transformations for any factual, medical, legal, or identification purpose.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoungerMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YoungerMe is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence still apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
